Returns and Exchanges
Special orders are non-returnable (ie. non-stock metal combinations, custom sized bracelets, custom sized cuffs, and custom sized rings). All non-returnable items will be denoted as such at checkout. Regular orders can be returned within 15 days of receipt in their original unworn condition. Please contact me for specific return instructions. The purchaser is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. I reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While my policies are firm for obvious reasons, I will do everything I can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
Repairs and Warranty
I offer a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in material and/or workmanship on all of the products that I sell.
If you believe that a purchased piece of jewelry has a fault, or is not fit for its original purpose or is otherwise not of merchantable quality, then I will gladly assess the item to determine the fault and its cause. If a fault is found from the assessment which is covered by my warranty, I will either repair or replace that item at no extra cost. If it is not possible to repair or replace the item, then I may offer an exchange, credit or refund.
My warranty does not cover damaged items resulting from misuse, un-authorized repairs, accidents, alterations, exposure to corrosive or abrasive substances or other factors outside of normal expected use and I deny any obligation to take any action in respect of such damaged items. Please see the Care and Use page for instructions on proper care and handling of your jewelry items.
Other than in respect of manufacturing defects or a lack of either fitness for purpose or merchantable quality, repairs of products may incur a fee.
Free Replacement Earrings
My husband calls me crazy, but I know that it happens. You lose one earring from your favorite pair and you are devastated. Well I offer a pretty amazing service of a one time only replacement of one earring if you happen to lose it.
The photos of the merchandise are representations and slight differences from the actual piece are normal. The issues shown below are not viable for returns or exchanges
- Slight differences in inlayed pattern (Each piece is handmade and may differ slightly from the photograph)
- Metal color difference from photo. Each metal that I use (copper, nickel, silver, brass, etc.) tarnishes differently and the color will change over time. Re-polishing with a polishing cloth will bring back the original color of the metal. The colors depicted in the photos may vary from the actual color of the physical piece of jewelry.
- Surface Finish difference from photo. All of my pieces are polished to a high shine. This allows for much easier maintenance and reduced tarnishing. This may differ from the surface finish depicted in the photo.
